The functional wellness space is crowded with brands making big claims and leaning on trends. Mindful Sips is doing something different: a purpose-built tea system formulated by a nutrition scientist, designed around when and why the body needs support, not just what’s trending on social. Our agency partnered with the Canadian brand to refresh its communications, ecommerce approach and paid media strategy.

Brand Strategy

We worked with the Mindful Sips team to sharpen the brand’s positioning around its most compelling differentiators and its founder-led innovation. Rather than competing on ingredient trends or wellness buzzwords, we built a strategy that leaned into moments of use — morning energy, midday focus, evening calm, and daily immune support. The positioning connects the founder’s deep experience and credibility in nutrition science with a consumer-facing story that’s specific and grounded in real efficacy.

Ecommerce

We helped Mindful Sips to rethink their Shopify home and product pages to focus on developing trust and extending education across the full customer journey. And because people truly want to buy from people (more than brands) we helped build out storytelling involving the founder’s expertise to drive trust. Every touchpoint is calibrated to move consumers from discovery through to repeat purchase, turning a first cup into a daily practice.

SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING

We strategized a paid social program across Meta and other leading platforms that brings the Mindful Sips ritual to life through static, carousel, and short-form video ad formats. Each creative execution is designed to connect the right blend with the right moment in a consumer’s day, using the brand’s warm, aesthetic to stop the scroll. We also recalibrated audience targeting to make the brand’s ad budget work harder, increase conversions and, ultimately, subscriptions.
